Distinguish wood damage from an identified pest
For a Flushing property with visible changes around timber, mention discarded wings, mud-like material or damaged wood without assuming the cause. Keep any existing photographs and note known moisture issues. The proposed inspection and treatment need to match the findings.
Keep the yard and the house in the same account
If activity appears both outdoors and inside, list the locations separately: a doorway, garage, garden area or occupied room. Ask whether the proposal covers indoor work, outdoor work or both. A termite enquiry does not automatically include mosquito, tick or nesting-insect services.
Does one quote cover every pest around my Flushing property?
Ask for the named pests and areas to be listed in the proposal. Indoor insect work, termite concerns and outdoor pest work can involve different preparation, access and follow-up.
